Feature Request

In order to prevent abuse from outside PRs, it would be great to allow the workflow to be limited to PRs that are based on branches on the actual repo, and not on forks.

This would avoid a scenario where anyone could create a fork with a PR labeled automerge and just have that PR be merged automatically, circumventing the repo owner's control.
