To make the functions available I suggest to publish visio with a first release
.
I think we should use the same structure as in solph, network etc. so that we can import visio using:

from oemof import visio
# or
from oemof.visio import ESGraphRenderer

#13 already prepared this in a way. I think, we should harmonise the structure of this repository (e.g. code in src/oemof/visio and the stuff mentioned by @uvchik) with the one of the other repositories and have a release afterwards.
