Schema UpdateIamRoleRequest missing keys for conditions

Whilst writing a PR for terraform-provider-okta/issues/1571 I noticed that even the latest Okta GoLang SDK doesn't support this now relatively old feature
After digging deeper on this I discovered that the Open API Spec was missing information for this new feature in the "schema" for UpdateIamRoleRequest, this request body schema doesn't mention the "conditions" key or the sub-keys of "include" and "exclude

I'd raise a PR for this if I was able, but my understanding is that this repository is a mirror of an internal repo and thus my changes would be overwritten upon the next release

Would it be possible to update the spec with the information for this feature so that the API SDKs can add support for this
