In recent days, it becomes more and more popular for developer platform to use aarch64/arm64 architecture machines, such as M1/M2/M3/M4 mac, Windows 11 for arm64 with qualcomm snapdragon cpu, or Linux for aarch64.

we use alpine linux as a base but it only support amd64 binary.

now eclipse temrin jdk/jre image supports many platforms
