[FEATURE REQUEST] Support Codespaces

Problem

This extension doesn't work yet in Codespaces:

• In codespaces, git commit fails when gpg.program and user.signingkey are set
• Even when using the extension, Codespaces uses a custom user.name (GitHub Name (not username)) and user.email (iinm, the first in the account)
• The extension is always in highlight yellow in the panel

Solution

Make a special business logic for when the user is in a Codespace
