Feature: Switch to PNG Format for Landing Page Hero Image

Current behavior

Since the hero image on the landing page has a complex design, it occupies more than 2MB, causing the website to load slowly. I have used a Hero Image in PNG format here: https://opensauced.pizza/maintainers. This format loads faster, and I haven't encountered any pixelation issues.

Suggested solution

We can consider using the PNG format for the hero image on the landing page.
