[HEOS] Favorites link broken after restart

After restarting openHAB, the link to the HEOS "Favorites" is broken, OpenHAB can't use the item links in the rules anymore, etc. The status is still shown correctly.
After manually deleting the link and manually creating a new one in the Things catalog, it works fine again.

Unfortunately, I'm not an IT guy, so I can't help with code or anything, but it would be great if someone smarter than me could take a look at this, as it's very inconvenient.

I use these Favorites items to change TuneIn radio stations on my HEOS system.
