Location Field does not accept lat/lng coordinates

Location field should recognize and accept lat/lng coordinates if typed/pasted into the input. This is important (especially) for debugging precise locations in trip plans.

I like. FWIW, the Pelias wrapper (https://github.com/OpenTransitTools/pelias.adapter) service accepts coordinates, and does a reverse geocode. Wanted this for some debugging on the MOD map as well.
