Need to audit the lessons in Brazilian Portuguese

We've received some feedback on the Play Store (from 4 users) that some of the lessons are wrong in Brazilian Portuguese. In particular, there are some where the learner gave the right answer, but the lessons said that the learner was wrong.

We don't have information on which lesson(s) this affects, but this feedback indicates that we should do an audit playthrough on the Brazilian Portuguese lessons to make sure nothing is amiss. The issue probably occurs in one of the first couple of lessons in one of the 6 Android app topics (Place Values, Addition and Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Fractions, Ratios).

Note that we've only heard this feedback from Brazilian users and not from anyone else, so it is likely that this affects only the Brazilian Portuguese lessons.
