@Elizabethcase, in the interest of simplifying the structure of this organization, maybe we put material from the theory and intro-to-apres-github repos into the documentation repo. Unless you think its valuable keeping them separate.

Definitely, there's still a lot of extraneous and archive-able work on this repo. I think we should also scratch the standard-field-tests --- that was something I was experimenting with a while ago. I'll delete it
