In mDNS (Multicast DNS), a TXT record is a type of DNS record that stores key-value pairs of metadata about a device or service.

Key	Description
VP	Vendor ID (VID) and Product ID (PID) (Format: VID:PID)
DT	Device Type (e.g., 256 = Smart Plug, 257 = Light Bulb)
DN	Device Name (e.g., MatterPlug)
CM	Commissioning Mode (1 = Enabled, 0 = Disabled)
PH	Pairing Hint (Helps determine pairing method)
PI	Pairing Instance (UUID for identifying device in setup)

Let's include it in mdns search
