iOS account list move item

Steps to reproduce

1. Start ownCloud Application
2. Watch list of ownCloud accounts

Expected behaviour

There is an icon for moving the list item (three strokes), as there is just one list item, it makes no sense moving the item, so the icon/functionality is redundant

Actual behaviour

as long there’s just one list item, the move icon should be non visible

We'll need to check if this is iOS UIKit native behaviour or if there's an option to change it. But I'd like to avoid working against Apples frameworks here. (lower priority for now)
