Here trying convert video from 30 FPS to 24 FPS.
For videos not having much speed 24 FPS is good and save space.
I have done some tests and the converted video have some strange details in frame rate.
I only want for an video having 30 FPS when converting 5 frames in sequence and the next frame is removed thus resulting in 24 FPS.
In settings "Set Framerate mode" is related with converting from an high frame rate to an low frame rate ?
Conform change the video speed not being the correct choice.
H.264 is good for hardware acceleration.
I only see the option "Conform by" with
drop
blending
The converted video have strange details.
Please if you have time see the 3 converted files in zip file.
Only remove frames.mkv > converted using an video edit only removing frame and not using any filter or other option
Conform by blending.mp4 > used shutter enconder
Conform by drop.mp4 > used shutter enconder
Please compare the videos in some details mainly as the trees are moving.
Is as if the video is doing shadow or a ghost effect in the trees.
I not understand if I am using wrong settings.
Shutter Enconder not have an option to convert from 30 to 24 FPS only removing frames ?
"Conform by" require to select an option to convert FPS.
