[feature] Add a text box for manual options

Adding a text box for manual options that are not directly accessible would be a nice feature. This way people could add some options not available through the UI.

Eg : date="$(stat --printf='%y' inputfile.mp4 | cut -d ' ' -f1)" would allow the user to add the creation date of the source video to the metadata

I might be able to help you, but I haven't done java in a while. I'm more a C# guy.

I noticed some object name are in french. Tu parles français?

Oui tout à fait je suis Français ! J'ai actuellement beaucoup de demandes pour Shutter avec toujours des corrections mais je garde ça dans un coin de ma tête :-) Je change de pays à la fin du mois, j'ai pas mal de choses à prévoir de mon côté personnel pour le moment.
