Does KDE Connect work on Windows now?

Closing due to inactivity, please feel free to re-open if you have KDE Connect working on Windows, and can point me to directions for setting this up.

"Platforms other than Linux are not officially supported, but it should be possible to run KDE Connect there. You can compile KDE Connect for Windows using Craft and it works except for some plugins. I haven't tried on Mac. Contributions welcome!"

I did not build it using craft because before i installed everything needed i found this:

works mouse, sending files from phone, finding phone and clipboard syncing and sharing page from phone
