Create a UI for BRL offramp KYC

As a Vortex user, i should be able to offramp BRL and do KYC

Acceptance Criteria

• As a user i should see BRL in the to dropdown as currency along with an icon
• on selecting BRL from the to dropdown
• two input field should appear called Tax ID and PIX ID where the BRL offramp user should be able to enter the Tax ID and PIX ID. These are mandatory fields.
• There should be two button's Compare fees and Next, Next button should be enabled only Input amount and Tax ID is entered
• On clicking Next, if the Tax ID exists in the Anchor data base the user should be directly show the confirmation pop-up with all the relevant details
• If the Tax ID does not exist in the anchor data base, the user should be see a KYC details screen with input fields for Phone, Address, Full Name, CPF, Birthdate
• There should be two buttons below Back and Continue, Continue should be enabled only when all fields are filled. Back should take the user to the swap form screen
• On clicking Continue, the user should see the confirmation pop-up with all the relevant details
• The button on the confirmation pop-up should be renamed as "Confirm" on clicking it should trigger the onchain txns.
