Now launcher fetches binaries from
https://github.com/pipe-cd/pipecd/releases/download. Currently, it is not easy for launcher users to try some features or urgent patches that have not yet been released. There are nightly build images and helm charts but not binaries. It would be great to distribute nightly build binaries as well so that users don't have to wait for the next releases.There are places to store binaries;
