Issue when restoring pipeline_kinesis schema

When taking a pipeline-dump (pg_dump) the data for the pipeline_kinesis schema is not dumped to the dump file. Only the schema is dumped and not the data for the following tables: pipeline_kinesis.endpoints, pipeline_kinesis.consumers and pipeline_kinesis.seqnums.

Currently, a workaround is used to dump these tables to CSV and then restore from CSV after restoring via pipeline-restore or pipeline -f dump.sql so this configuration is not lost.
