Implement success messages for commands

There needs to be some sort of visual feedback for the end user that a command has succeeded or failed, however I am not sure the best way to implement that is. My first instinct is to have a box similar to the one WordPress presents when you have saved/updated a post.

This cannot be completed until wplib/box-scripts#10 has been completed.
