Weird error message after moving a page in the tree

Short description of the issue

UPDATE: The issue is not that the error pops up (I fixed that), the issue is the formatting of the text in the popup!

I got this error today on my personal crm that I'm building. Not sure if that is an issue in the core or with the translation @jmartsch ?

Also @jmartsch I think there is a grammar mistake at the end where it says "von DER verschobenen Template" which should be DEM ?

Ok now it got even weirder... I had only one language on the system, "default" with the german language pack.

Now I installed another language to show the same warning in english for @ryancramerdesign to better understand.

I created the language "English" with no translations and set my user's language to English. Now the error looks like this:

I tried to disable cache in the browser and did a modules refresh. Still the error is like shown.

Steps to reproduce

• move a page in the tree to a place where it is not allowed (eg to a new parent that does not allow pages of your type)
