Core Authentication Proxy

A core can be configured to proxy authentication requests to another core. This allows authentication and authorization management to be delegated to another party.

I think this concept is also about "published" vs "unpublished" core where "published" cores are configured to be gateway accessible.
That said, any core if you know it's address can be authenticated to so, maybe that is not right. The better answer might be that cores can be signers too?
