#1385 proposed returning to simple Py3 wheels and dropping per-version wheels. However, now there are no wheels on PyPI! This causes systems that can't build wheels from SDists to break, it causes pip to not cache the .pyc files when it installs (see https://pythonwheels.com), etc. Could the py3 wheels please be added?
