• 15 mins talk + 5 Q&A
• Talks from all python local meetup usergroups including pyladies
• 8 talks
• optional (4 lightening talks)

Action Items

• Create an github issue and outline the plan there and assign tasks via sub issue
• Get the blog out and connect all the local meetup user groups for the same
• We need posters for pyflames
• Create an event on meetup page for each group
• meetup group can submit their proposal in their meetup page itself
• Need to setup zoom for the event day
• Announce the speakers
• Conduct the event
