Describe the bug
The GM-Vehicle-API-AuthUtil is no longer deployed on the Heroku instance gmsigner.herokuapp.com.

This breaks functionality of this repository as the tokens are no longer signed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Visit GMSigner
Acknowledge 'Application error' notice
