How to share positive feedback with the qbittorrent community?

I wanted to create a github issue saying "Thank you so much for renaming states to words such as Start Stop Running Active", but I didn't see a github template for "this is great, thanks!"
So I have created a meta-question on the best way to share appreciation with the qbittorrent community.
