A tag was pushed. The build process for qbittorrent-nox-static was triggered. The entire process is automated so nothing incorrect happened. Now that tag is removed and no official release. It does not mean anything really. Just don't use that version. That's all it really comes down to here. Seems perhaps just a unintentional push of a tag. All that is needed is confirmation of the removal of the tag, If someone would confirm it was unintended to push this tag, I'll just remove the release that's it. |

Thank you very much for this detailed answer! That's it, case closed. So, the "unintentional push of a tag" seems like a workflow issue, ie, user human/error. Someone, somehow should handle this, but it is not in the scope of this discussion. Also thanks for maintaining the qbittorrent-nox-static, which is an exemplatory project here in github on how to handle build dependencies and redoing everything automatically, once something changes. The documentation is top-notch too, very well structured and the content is detailed: |

According to https://www.qbittorrent.org/news there is no such release (yet) and the "Development" menu forwards you to this github project.
So what is going on?
