"Run external program on torrent completion"

Can't figure out how to setup "Run external program on torrent completion"

I'm trying to run custom bash script that does followings

• Moves files from completed qbittorrent dir to jellyfin library dir
• Changes chown of files to jellyfin instead qbittorrent-nox
• curl jellyfin api to rescan library

The script requires sudo to performs first two actions. I need to connect to server where qbittorrent and jellyfin is located and run script manually.

Where do I put script file for qbittorrent to be able to execute it? What do I put in "Run external program on torrent completion" box (I can just put script name in my shell from sudoers user because my scripts folder is in PATH)? qbittorrent-nox user doesn't have sudo rights, how do I change owner of the files to jellyfin user without sudo?
