Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.2.2 64 bit, Windows 10 Pro

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

(type here)

What is the problem

When I lose my internet connection, which happens alot where I live, or I change VPN connections, the DHT nodes drop to 0 and won't come back.

What is the expected behavior

Not to stay at zero after reconnecting.

Steps to reproduce

See above

Extra info(if any)

Does VPN's ip changes after disconnection or are you locked to a specific server?

The IP changes when I change the VPN location (city/state/country). But it does not change when the connection to my ISP drops and reconnects. ⁣

Ok that's very strange because with 4.2.0 it has happened to me that sometimes connection dropped and then reconnected but having always the same "city" locked qbittorrent started downloading again in a matter of seconds keeping the DHT nodes...
