Add tracker_errored filter for /api/v2/torrents/info method

Suggestion

Would be nice to have tracker_errored filter for /api/v2/torrents/info method to instantly get list of torrents which got tracker errors.

Use case

I'm running a 430k torrent rig with a few errored torrents per day.
Current WebAPI requires me to pull all 430k hashes via /api/v2/torrents/info and then check each hash-by-hash via /api/v2/torrents/trackers. It takes a very long time and wastes computing resources.
