Add testcase descriptions to results json #178

Could we add some descriptions of the testcases to the results.json file? I would then grab them and present them on the web page. Doing it this way (i.e, getting them from the code) means that they can be maintained in the place where it makes the most sense.

Makes sense. We probably need a "metadata" section to set the range of acceptable values for the measurements (#176) as well.

Yeah, we've talked about this, and it would be super useful. I would suggest a mouseover box on the results page.
