Description

OCI feature will be released in Rancher 2.9.0 as experimental feature with a experimental flag on it. If there are no issues found, we need to remove that flag in the coming 2.11.0 release after consulting with Mapps and UI team.

Acceptance criteria

Remove experimental flag on OCI feature on Rancher UI if no major concerns are raised by customers.

Experimental flag successfully removed as in tests pass in
Rancher: v2.11-e9f0646414809cbaee8a1de474d8da152b522f06-head
Dashboard: master 938b866
Rancher CLI: v2.11.0-rc.1

However, found issue #13062 due to a warning banner being displayed with the wrong format for OCI repositories.
