  • Built-in extensions currently show in the Extensions page Installed tab's list
  • The built-in extensions should be moved to a new Built-in tab
  • The built-in tab should only be shown if the developer preference Enable Extension developer features is enabled
  • Note - this will also simplify the automation of which tab is first shown on page visit
