The locale selector on the login page uses a custom dropdown menu implementation. Replace this with the RcDropdown menu component.

Acceptance criteria

  • Locale selector on the login page is replaced with the RcDropdown component
  • Keyboard navigation is supported
  • Previous accessibility improvements are still present
