Update the focus styles for inputs and selects.

Acceptance criteria

  • Focus increases inputs’ borders to 2px
  • Focus ring must match the border-radius of the input

Light Theme

  • Focus outline is #2453FF (waterhole)

Dark Theme

  • Focus outline is #81AEFC (waterhole-60)
