Failed login not sending email!

In laravel 11 failed login email wont come. could you please take a look?

I actually tried this recently and noticed the same issue as well! After the configurations, i attempted a failed login and received no emails, but the log information is saved in the database table "authentication_log".

I also tried the new device emails test and same issue noticed

Have you set the environmental variables or updated the config file?
