Adding Support for Android

I know this might be a bit far fetched, but as Android Game Center currently has the ability to add a mobile game you're playing to your discord status automatically through detection, is there a way this could be implemented to work with updating switch status from Android?

This definitely wouldn't be easy and maybe require some extensions (possibly app?) to be made, but it would be nice to be able to use this awesome feature from the convenience of my Android phone (as I play handheld most of the time, and it isn't super ideal to have to be next to my desktop pc/MacBook every time I want to update the status).

Or alternatively if there is a way for the scripts to be used on Android, that would be super helpful too. Definitely not a need but would be a nice addition for some handheld players.
