Add odf_provider_mode_deployment: true to provider mode configs so it doesn't have to be provided manually in Jenkins.

@fbalak This parameter is already supplied by the Provider-Client job automatically (to the Provider cluster). Should it be also part of configuration for client clusters (for tests execution)?
