If you're using hybrid apache/nginx, add these lines to your .htaccess
.htaccess
RewriteCond %{HTTP:X-Forwarded-Proto} !=https RewriteRule .* https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [R=302,L]
