Similar to ChromBackendMzR, should have an empty @peaksData that gets populated when called and from a Spectra object.

This would be for a future implementation with MsExperiment and possibly a full revision of xcms architecture.

I would like to see if this get's more efficient. Maybe comparing TIC computation.
