Allow users to add a Harmony Hub manually by specifying its IP address.
Use Case
Currently, the Home Hub cannot be discovered automatically, even though it is identical to the Ultimate Hub. This issue can occur in scenarios where:
The Harmony Hub is located on a different VLAN.
The Harmony Hub cannot be discovered due to network restrictions or configurations.
In the original Harmony app, adding a Hub by IP address is supported, making it possible to manage such cases. Adding similar functionality would address these limitations.
Benefits
Ensures users can add Harmony Hubs when automatic discovery fails.
Expands the usability of the app in more complex network setups.
Aligns functionality with the original Harmony app, improving the user experience.
Additional Context
related to a problem
I have 4 harmony hubs 2 x Ultimate, 2 x Home Hub ... these are complely identic, looking equal, same firmware, but homey can only find the ultimate hubs. Since i have the same issue in the original harmony app, where i have the option to add by entering the ip.
solution
Allow enter the ip for non discovered hubs. Something seems to be wrong with some hubs that discovery fails sometimes.

I concur!
I cannot find my Harmony Hub either anymore via the Homey app since Homey and the Harmony Hub are in different VLANs, so the "normal" discovery doesn't work anymore.
Is no one interested in implementing this feature?
I think it's a relatively simple feature to add an IP input alongside auto-discovery. In the end, the Harmony Hub's IP will probably be used anyway, so allowing manual addition of an IP poses no risk of breaking anything else.
