Sage's theme.json extension adds support for exposing Tailwind colors, fonts, and sizes to the WordPress block editor

It does not provide any options for adding the CSS that the block editor generates to the front-end of the site
We should consider extending the generator to allow for the .has- classes to be generated automatically
