Sage's theme.json extension adds support for exposing Tailwind colors, fonts, and sizes to the WordPress block editor

It does not provide any options for adding the CSS that the block editor generates to the front-end of the site

We should consider extending the generator to allow for the .has- classes to be generated automatically

I added some docs today showing an example Tailwind CSS plugin for the color classes: https://roots.io/sage/docs/tailwind-css/#using-tailwinds-colors-from-the-block-editor-on-the-front-end

This isn't necessary if you allow the global styles to be generated from WordPress
