Baikal version: 0.x

  • [ x] I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates
  • [x ] I have installed the release zip, not the source code zip
  • [x ] I have moved the whole, untouched Specific and config folders to the new installation

Problem:

i was in baikal 0.9.3 - download 0.10.1 zip version and copy file into baikal directory. Didn't touch specific and config.
I went to admin panel and I do not know how to install new version - see screen copy below
