Neatline features, google API quotas breaks item HTML editor #91

Hi, Neatline Features is causing this error: https://pastebin.com/QQ1ts54q
Which is causing the item HTML editor to not load when ticking the the HTML box.

Disabling the plugin fixes the issue.

The javascript errors has nothing to do with tinymce editor not loading. The code breaks because tinymce has change its api. Currently the latest exhibits plugin uses v4.9.4.

Please refer to tinymce api.

I've submitted a fix. Hopefully they will accept it
