When i use the "view" menu to view a page, it goes to the link that ends with "/read" and hides the navigation bar on top.
On the other hand the page is also reachable with the same url but a "/view" instead and it will show the navigation bar on top.
For my purposes, having the navigation bar on top all the time is the desired behaviour.
That's how all wikis work - you want to encourage contributions so editing should be easily reachable. Viewing the page without navigation is probably a nice feature but should be a special function rather than the other way round.
