Error parsing weekday which falls on previous year. #1249

Today is Friday, January 03 2025.
This past Monday was December 30, 2024.
When parsing 'Monday' dateparser is returning January 30, 2024 (which was a Tuesday).
When parsing 'Monday 2025' it returns today's date.
