Thanks for the suggestion @croc54. We currently require approval from an Administrator because of security concerns. If someone found an unlocked phone with Simple, they could simply reset the PIN to get access to patient data. Obviously this is less of a problem if users sensibly add a lock to their device, but we don't require that so...
Do you think there's a way to do this that is secure enough for patient data?
