[Feature Request]: Allow to create user directly. (Not generating invite.)

🚀 Feature Summary

Add a [create new] button at the Users page, which allows to fill: [name, email, password, role].

📝 Detailed Description

If I want to allow 30-40 of my clients to "see a list of their connected PCs" of their "own" network (pizza-POSes), I'm in trouble.
It would be a great thing, if I could pre-define a few users, and send the login details to them (via Telegram or Viber).

• This must work without having to define SMTP!
• Maybe and extra [ x ] checkbox for "Force to change password after first login" would be nice.

Needed fields:

• Name: [ ]
• Email: [ ] (Only needed to log in. Can be a fake one too, like: [email protected] )
• password: [ ] (Auto-Gen button?)
• User Group: [ ]
• Role. Default: [READ_ONLY]
• Network access: [ ... ] choose from list
• Optional: Missed First login will expire after this time (<=0 for infinite) : days

Why?

1. My clients are no IT-pros. (mostly cooks)
2. They get ca 100 emails pro days (mostly SPAM)
3. Even If I call and say: I've just sent it ... they do not find
4. Especially if the email is not localized. (Maybe 2% understands English.)
5. So basically there is no point to install an SMTP to the server or even allow that port.
   (an other security risk for the VPN server!)
