@uemgrobson could you please confirm whether you are using PBIDesktop in 32-bit or 64-bit mode ?
You can find this information in the "About" panel of the application.

Add support for exporting data in row batch mode #759

We have introduced support for exporting data in row batches, a change that should help resolve this issue. This enhancement will be included in the next release and is currently available in an internal build version. If you would like to test it, you can obtain the latest internal build by changing the update channel from stable to dev in the Options\About panel and following the link to download the installer.
If the issue persists or if you have any additional details to share, please feel free to let us know.
