Hi, I am still quite new to STAC and come from a background of forecasting (research) and catalogs (data management).

What would help me contributing to issues like #3 would be a demo, e.g. notebook accessing a forecast with STAC.

I'd be happy to accept examples here or as PRs and ideally everyone involved would actually come up with examples for their use-cases/datasets. I'll try to come up at least with GEFS and ECWMF examples for STAC Items tomorrow.

I'm myself not so much a notebook user, but we can also look at notebooks, sure.
