Add missing hyperlinks

Most hyperlinks of the form "§I.1.2.3..." could be automatically fixed up using this dedicated script. There remain, however, lots of references of different forms (such as "Partition X") or malformatted references of the sort mentioned earlier that may need to be manually checked and fixed up.
